To your understanding, who are the trust taking to court and what do they hope the result will if the trust win?

I admire what Keith has taken on to raise money for his grandkids but people shouldn’t be allowed to post any old bollox just for hits.

So are you implying hes posted that today to try and stoke up the debate including getting that Resolven going off on one again then?

And that basically there is no new story or revelation as he's making out?

It's been a few months since I left so outside of various things that get asked as a "key" witness to events the obvious thing I would say is that the Trust said mediation was pointless as neither levien or kaplan would be attending

It would seem worthless trying to mediate with people not involved

I'd need to read previous public statements but I'm 99% certain we said any legal action would be against sellers and buyers, the Trust website would have details of all the forum addresses and I can look later on my laptop

Let’s be honest some people are embarrassing.
There’s one fella (The Wirral Wanker) who was probably the only person other than the sellouts that was adamant that the sale was a good thing for the club.
Over the last few weeks on several occasions he’s dissed the legal action as being very bad for the football club.
Last night in the thread on the other site he’s admitted he has no idea what’s going on as far as the legal action is concerned.
It’s so pitiful that if you didn’t know for sure it’s actually true you wouldn’t believe it.

Is it your understanding that legal action would result in the trust selling their shares? (in the event of a trust win)
