Been released by Sheffield United, one of the better players last season, good player when I’ve seen him plenty of experience would be a great pick up from us and one Joel Ward could help get over the line.

Really like him, remember him playing for Palace a few years ago. I’m sure we tried to sign him in the summer we got relegated.

Only issue is that he’s a defensive mid and we have Stamenic and Fulton. Can also play CB, could see him fitting in well there.

If last season tells us anything it’s that we need a good ball playing CB - which may allow us to play 3-5-2. Our wingers fail to deliver on a game by game basis so why not push key and Tymon further forward and pack the MF. I would consider Galbraith a CDM too by the way.

That’s a point about Galbraith too, if he’s still here then we’ll have 3 different options for that holding midfield spot. Can’t see us being in for Riedewald unless it’s for CB.

Feel like Matos will stick with the same 433 but we’ll hopefully have improvements in the wide areas to make it a bit more effective. I think we would need to bring 2 starting quality CBs in (assuming Lissah isn’t played there) to play 3 at the back with the lack of pace we currently have.
