Just signed two Huddersfield players for a combined total of 10 million, taking thier total spend to just over 70 million since promotion.
So Cooper has gone from shopping in Peacocks to spending big in Harrods...
Be interesting to see how this pans out.

Shame they missed out on Hennessey who’s signed for Burnley.

its amazing that well over 1/4 of his total appearances have been for his country.

Won't know until the season starts of course, but on paper they've done some cracking business.

They had to replace players who have left since last season and who were regular starters (Spence, Garner, Samba, Zinckernagel). They also had players who clearly weren't good enough for the PL, like Jack Colback who was playing on the left for them last season.

Most of their signings are younger players who should have resale value. If they've signed them to sensible contracts, with relegation wage cuts and the like, then it's a very sensible transfer window so far. Signing two of the better players from the team they beat in the playoff final for around £10m combined seems like a good deal too.

As a side note, Muff are looking fckd...literally signed nobody.

Lingard wanting £180k a week - Forest would have to be absolutely insane to agree to that.
Even West Ham have told him to go fuck himself.

Thats more than our entire starting 11 combined.

That’s because they signed 1000000 players in January

He's a strange bloke. He had some good times at Man United and with England, plus a great loan spell at West Ham. He's also 29 years old and fast approaching the end of his career. He's surely got plenty in the bank thanks to post-Fergie United's policy of throwing big money at average players.

You'd think his priority would be to go to a club where he will start every week and have an outside chance to play his way into England's World Cup squad. Show people he actually is a very talented footballer. But no, it looks like he wants to carry on earning the big money that Man United we silly enough to pay him.

Lingard has now signed. Supposedly £80,000, up to £120,000 with bonuses, a week. 1 year deal.

Weren't we paying Ayew £80,000 a week, in the Championship...

That is insane

Yea absolutely, although not through choice (despite it being a fairly likely foreseen event).
