I think we would have preferred the left back to the centre half but if its a signing that helps to toughen up our soft underbelly then I wouldn't complain. Especially if it is the rumoured 18 month loan, that worked wonders for Guehi

And me… don’t understand why Cooper doesn’t get more game time. Never really seen him make any big mistakes… certainly looks comfortable enough. Good on the ball, decent enough defensively. Surely would get better at this level with a run of games.

Mind you, our current back 3 should remain our back 3 for the foreseeable… stop messing about with chopping and changing, let them form a partnership.
