To be honest I think Duff has surprised the players by being more demanding on them physically than probably the last three managers put together. I can understand how this may have possibly caused some resentment but it sounds like (and looks like) they are over that initial shock and realising that the extra conditioning work HAS done them some good.

I thought we looked way undercooked physically last season but we were playing at times walking football. The mental fatigue at the end of games last season cost us points (and that stems from being not fully match fit) so hopefully we can keep competing strongly for the full 90 plus ten minutes and can carry on this run and keep climbing the table.
