Dare I say his finishing reminded me of Brewster today... first time, instinctive and clinical.

His all round game impressed me today too

Gives Cooper a problem. Does he loan him out? Reckon he could get ten goals by the end of the season in League One

Maybe we help Newport’s push for promotion... especially after recalling cooper from them

If we are not going to play him regularly, then he must go out on loan.

He's a finisher and needs to be playing.

I'd agree with this, regular football is what he needs, shown what he is capable of but how much game time will he get right now with us?

Liam, if you read this thread, we are all chuft for you kid. YJB.

Two absolutely clinical strikes today.
Hope his injury isn’t as bad as it potentially looks.

No stretcher, hopefully its just a rolled ankle which is what it sounded like from the commentators. Maybe a week out, two at most.

He's not going to get in ahead of Lowe or Ayew, and with the new American chap as well?

Lucky if he gets the odd ten minutes every fortnight.

I feel a bit sorry for him to be knocking about on the bench. The club should let him go out on loan to a league 1 side.

He'd be a great signing IMO for a side pushing for the play offs

Cooper said in the post match interview that it was a rolled ankle so nothing too serious.

That performance today will have a few scouts reaching for their scribble pads; Cullen needs game time and I would be all for a loan to a League One team.

I think Ayew could do with a rest at the moment, he has been looking a little tired recently, so I think Liam could well be getting some game time once recovered from his injury.

There has been a lot of pressure and expectation placed on Morris but he will probably need a period to settle into the Championship. A good position to be in for us with players fighting to play in almost every position.

By the time Wednesday rolls around that's 11 days without a game and we've hardly played in January anyway. He's only played one game in the last 3 weeks.
