CoVID passes or lateral flow tests it is then from October onwards. Not against it but would have thought mask wearing might have been encouraged before that. Let's hope they see sense and use the existing English NHS App system rather than re-inventing the wheel as it picks up imms done either side of the border unlike the Welsh central system.

If my first reading is correct then it will apply to home games from then. As it's Wales and not currently England then every away visitors would need proof. As it won't be second nature how many will turn up with ticket only

Turnstiles not manned now so would need staff standing before you actually get in the booth

Bound to affect attendances, how many of our season ticket holders have not been double jabbed and won’t bother to get tested before each home game?

What a total fckn nonsense. Those of us who've been double jabbed can still carry the virus. Breach of freedom and liberties .Tw@ts.

CAN still carry the virus… but far less likely.

Makes sense to me.

Far less likely to die, no?

What's the numbers on it affecting transmission?

Masks should be worn around the ground, in the concourse (unless eating/drinking), and going to your seat. Hopefully the club will do like they do for concerts and have passes checked at the black gates before getting to the automated gates.

Doing all they can to put us off going. Early season issues with turnstiles, then plenty sent to the ticket office cos of season card problems on matchday, stewards constantly being anal on arrival and now this FFS! All this to get in and watch 0-0 draws.
Give us a break FFS.

Hypothetical question ( not me cos I'm jabbed up) but how would a ST holder stand if they refused the jab....and to take a test? Would they be entitled to a full refund? Unusual yes, but there are plenty who fall into that category.

This has nothing to do with the Club though. They probably need this like a hole in the head - more costs and hassle to administer. Welsh Government takes full responsibility for this issue. The tickets issue is of course down to the Club.

Good question. Vaccination/negative test was not a condition of entry when the season ticket was bought so would have thought they would have some claim for recompense should they decide not to go for this reason. I doubt they’ll be offered a refund though.

It is not breach of freedom and liberties in any way. You have to show proof of malaria inoculation before going to certain countries. Going to a football match is not an inherent right. Other people also have an inherent right not to be mixing with those who have not been vaccinated. The more people that are not inoculated mixing together means they will more likely become ill and take up space in the NHS. If the club did not do this, they'd be negligent. The club has a duty of care to it's customers.

Should have gone one step further and dropped the lateral flow testing bit for the unvaccinated.

Double jabbed (unless medically exempt) or off you pop.

Someone will be along soon to say something along the lines of "there will be civil unrest, people won't stand for it".
