Yeah, it does feel like the 'yo-yo' teams are getting stronger and stronger. It looks like relegated PL teams are either committed to keeping their 'PL players' with their high wages or to spend big to make an instant comeback. Of course this could go wrong but it seems like it's getting even harder to break in to those teams.
