Still remember his debut away on a Tuesday night in Carlisle, very cold night.

Can’t think of a better centre half in my 30 years watching the Swans.

Ash also did lots of great unseen work until he community. His friendship and support for Dylan Gunner with his battle with cancer was a lovely, quiet gesture that he didn’t make a fuss about.

Enjoy retirement Ash... wouldn’t mind seeing him back here as a coach.

Despite some less than wise words on leaving us for Everton, I'm happy to pay tribute to Ash as a massive player for us during our rise to, and in, the Premier League. Thank you, Ash, and enjoy your life after professional football.

Fantastic player and captain for us (and Wales) who hardly ever missed a game.
As solid as they come .............. Good luck on your retirement Ash and wherever that may lead you, maybe back here sometime in the future.

The phrase 'club legend' is overused, but in Ash's case it is thoroughly merited. Managers came and went, but for so long Ash was the driving force at the heart of everything our team achieved. Would be great to see him back in some capacity.

Gave his all for the shirt, Swans and Wales, good luck for the future and thank you very much.
An inspirational leader, he was OUR Mr 50 pence head. 😉
