Option 1: Log in to my Swans account and claim the refund.

Option 2: Contact the club to renew my season ticket and the cost of renewal will be minus the amount owed via refund.

Seeing that I have no intention of renewing until us supporters are allowed to attend games option 1 will be my choice.
