Now that the season is all done and dusted we can take stock of what's likely to happen in the summer. Barring some unexpected interventions:

Definitely out:
Naughton - out of contract
Latibeaudiere - out of contract
Manning - out of contract
Cundle - end of loan
Sorinola - end of loan

Very likely out:
Piroe - 1 year left on contract and one of the hottest properties outside of the Prem (44g 6a in two years)

Likely out:
Ntcham - 1 year left on contract, 8 goals and 3 assists (12g 6a total in two years)
Paterson - 1 year left on contract, frozen out for a huge portion of this season
Whittaker - 2 years left on contract - very much hung out to dry by tug of war between RM who didn't want him and wanted to sell and club who wanted him to use him

So that likely chain of events means we would lose every actual fullback at the club barring Ogbeta who RM very much seems doesn't like as well as almost 40 of the goals we scored this season and 20 assists.

To say that the new people at the top have work to do is an understatement.

Is Lati definitely out?

I thought we’d offered him new terms.

Losing Manning Piroe and Ntcham would be a big loss. Trusting the management to replace them would be a big ask.

Not fussed on Sironola Lati and Patterson leaving personally.

Agree on your assessments of all six.
The love in with Lati in a position he is ill suited for has been one of the great mysteries of the season.

Cundle has grown so much recently (possibly due to Martin's tweak of formation). He's been a superb inverted winger. Gave it his all again again today, hope he goes on to have a great career

Wolves will be very happy with the work we've done with him, it's a shame his excellent form only came when we had nothing left to play for. That's the risk when you bring in players from other academies, you get what you get and it doesn't matter one jot how good they might become one day. Wolves (or Chelsea, or Liverpool) see the real benefit of all that faith/those minutes, not Swansea City.

Hopefully we don't spend the summer pining over him as we did Wolf last year.

For positives I don't think there's any imminent risk of losing Ntcham or Paterson and they're both most likely to see out their decent contracts with us, and Darling has been fine as a right back when required. If Piroe goes we bring in the next striker(s) for £1-2m as when he and Obafemi arrived. Ogbeta finished the season strongly at Peterborough (playoffs to come), with B.Cooper and Joseph also returning to fill out the squad a bit.

I don't think we're in a bad place at all. We finally found a shape that works and even with three senior midfielders out we didn't have to dip into the academy on a final day with nothing to play for.

I agree with all this, the biggest cloud over next seasons probable squad will come from our investors unfortunately, hopefully, we'll all be pleasantly suprised mate 😉

I agree with you about Wolf, but I think there's a fair chance Cundle is back next season if Martin is still manager. I can't see him playing for Wolves and don't think he's shown enough to be loaned to another PL team. Doubt he cost anything like as much as Wolf would have either.

Can’t see Ntcham staying. Pato maybe but we can’t have another season of him sitting out when he feels like it. Cost us a play off place.

Ntcham is finally starting to get some consistency in his game the last two months or two of the season and I think it has showed in a season with double the goals he had last season. I wouldn't be opposed to a one or two year extension to his contract.

Paterson has lost a lot of brownie points from me with his shenanigans last season and alleged shenanigans this season. As someone with mental health issues myself I don't take lightly to someone who claims mental health as a reason not to play if its not a genuine issue.

Does Ntcham want to stay?

Fair point with your last paragraph.
