With a couple of players coming back I am hoping for a slightly more balanced lineup today. Joel absolutely has to have earned a start he was excellent against Stoke when he came on.

Been living in Bristol for just under 2 years now, got offered a ticket but in with the Bristol fans. Hopefully we put in a decent performance so that I don’t have to put up with too much gloating at full time!

Hoping for a couple of goals and a point or three! I’ve got faith that this squad and manager will click sooner rather than later.

Nailed on innit. This is one of the worse starts to a season I can remember (ok it took us a few games to get going in the PL, but we still looked half decent). Let's hope we can get some of the injured/Covid players back soon, have a bit of time over the international break to work with them and then pretty much re-start our season after the break.

Mind you, a win tonight will change the mood massively. I can't see where it would come from, but then I'm always a pessimistic sod before games.

If we want any chance I think we must score first. Also, lets see if they've learnt anything at all from Stoke. Pearson will have them pressing the ball like there's no tomorrow. The first dawdle by Benda or pass to grimes running back towards goal with a player right up his arse will soon tell us. Grimes owes us something tonight, and it's not walking pace ten touches and back to the keeper from the oppo penalty area.
