General sale price.

Scandalous and where is the Trusts statement regarding this? Completely compromised.

Well it’s not like people will have to prioritise massive increases in the price of heating their homes or putting petrol in their cars, food on the table or anything. We’ll see a lot of empty seats at a lot of stadiums at every level next season

It's not just the UK though, Spain have been pricing fans out for a few years now.. attendances are dropping all over the world

40% increase in prices for Over 65s with a Jack Army membership. Awful decision

The cost of living is increasing all over the world. So we agree. Football, and sport in general, needs to get real about the prices they expect their customers to pay. The big gaps in the stands at Wimbledon this week aren’t a coincidence.

Yeah I noticed that, even in big games there's empty seats.. but the Spanish La Liga has dropped off a cliff, Barcelona has half a stadium full week in, week out.. except a women's game with decent priced tickets.. and Barca are top of the attendance charts! That's how mental it's getting, I'll be interested to see what Qatar will be like.. I bet it'll be half empty stadiums, I remember watching the Athletics in Qatar, and the locals didn't turn up in numbers, practically empty stadium

Unfortunately at many levels sport is well out of touch with the average audience. They have been happy for too long to rely on hospitality income and people continually paying whatever they charge.

This will certainly not be the case this season, people simply dont have the money (as you said Wimbledon currently highlights that)

I fear as well that the Trust have endorsed this as I have little doubt they will have been advised. Just highlights what we already knew, they remain to be the mouthpiece

Vote with your feet, don't go on mass, they'll soon change their pricing.

That’s pretty much the only thing that ever works. Stop buying it and they’ll soon charge less.

Thing is the majority of us have our ST's now.
Totally agree those prices are scandalous. Almost what they were in the EPL

Pretty sure it was £27.50.

Just been doing some googling that seems to be right

18% increase
No wonder inflation is running so high, but seriously, they need to review their pricing strategy, they need to look around folk are already struggling. Poor decision imho.
