    In my experience for an appeal to be successful you generally have to provide fresh information to support your claim that the severity of the sanction was disproportionate to the offence, just arguing that the the sanction was too severe is rarely successful.

    Pound for pound one of the best buys in the Championship, plays just about every game and has captained a side to promotion to the PL. Never his greatest fan but could never argue with his commitment or dedication to the game, some of you really need to get a life.
