Totally agree with this. Fans generally get frustrated with a lack of effort, rather than lack of ability...we generally know we don't have world beaters but every one of them should put effort in for the shirt, and I really think they are now.

The right decision. Players don't seem to know what they are doing, bottom of the stats in so many areas, and finally lost the fans on the weekend - no coming back from that. Next choice is key and it will be interesting to see which direction they take

Pace and aggression are important factors to our play that were totally missing under Williams, I'm seeing more of that with Sheehan so far.
