It would have been done before it opened, by both the designer / architect and then the club. The assessment would have been done for all age groups. It would then be reviewed and amended following any reported accidents or near misses. Or the club may have a policy of reviewing and updating...

I’d like to think they’ve done a suitable and sufficient risk assessment on it, taking into account any reasonably foreseeable risks, and any history of falls and near misses. It’ll also depend on what they deem to be a tolerable risk.
