Sounds like a great guy, I didn't know about the fractured foot injury when he first signed.
Full of praise for Vipotnik too, both might be rivals for the striker spot but I think both offer very different profiles in their playing style and there is definitely games that will suit one more than the other and its even possible that they could both see time on the pitch together in the right formation.

Fair points, although i think you were generous 🙂. Burgess should be thanked and sold, Cabango and key should stay on the bench as impact subs\squad players. We need two CB’s with hight and pace which one of them (At least) should be a ball playing defender. For the RB, i would love to see Lissah and Parker compete for the shirt.
He is massively affected by confidence- but Key can be top quality at times. I think the competition should be Key and Lissah at RB with s loan for Parker

If you think a player who has zero starts, zero assists and zero goals at a League One side is adequate depth.. then I think we differ.
Bobby has some potential - but in 10 games he has started on the bench 10 times and has played only 12% of available minutes.
Looking forward, I am way more excited to see Lissah compete with Key at RB and Congreve compete with Ronald at RW.
I am also getting increasingly concerned about Burgess (and to a lesser extent Cabango). He has become a high wage liability.
I know that Congreve has had an excellent season for Dundee, but today against Celtic, he didn't offer much more than Ronald does. He was excellent picking up the ball at the center of the pitch and bringing it forward, but his crossing left much to be desired and he wasn't exactly blowing by his man.

He did show a good eye for passing around the box and at least one of his shots was on target--even if it did not challenge the keeper. Obviously Celtic are a cut above the rest of the SPL and much of the Championship, but I think he'll need to improve to unseat Ronald. At the very least, I'd like to see him give Ronald a good scare, but it will probably come down to his performance in preseason as to whether or not he sticks or is loaned/sold.
