• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Funnily enough, someone said to me a few days ago we were bringing in another Swedish player. This is him presumably?

I know nothing about him, a quick Google tells me he's a left wing player. With him and Wales, we're going to be able to play a team of 11 wingers soon. Sheehan obviously a big fan of total football.

Is Wales a winger then? I’d thought he was a centre forward?
That’s what I thought by reading the comments from those north of the border, future Scotland number 9 etc. saying that the modern fan is obsessed with shirt numbers these days so my interpretation of a 9 may be the old fashioned version.

We're certainly not going to have much trouble playing 4-3-3.

A quick Youtube suggests that he's fast and tricky. Which alongside Wales allegedly being quite fast also suggests that the lack of pace that has crippled us in recent years is being worked on.

To be honest, I’m always perplexed by our fans who know anything at all about most of these players. Given I never watch either Scottish football or Swedish football I have absolutely no idea whatsoever about any of them. I’d just thought I read that Wales was a centre forward.

Yeah Wales more of a Winger. Imagine we are looking at new set up of options with Ronald, Wales Possible This Player and If Eom is kept out wide all competing for this. Pretty strong on reflection. Does put doubt on Bianchini. I could see us selling him.
