• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

That second half just re-enforced my opinion that we would be ok in this division without Williams and Grimes.

The squad looks ok to continue to build towards something. However these two will forever hold us back.

Should have been 5-1. Williams get get stuffed with his inevitable ‘positives’, the grifting useless nowt.

Oh and Coleman and Watson too, the grifting useless nowts.

"Williams blasts unacceptable first half performance as Swans sink to WBA" Time to look at yourself and your subs/tactics Luke

We showed with one flowing move from our own corner flag to counter attack their goal in like 10 seconds that this team are capable of playing fast one touch football. The problem is that our shape and obsession with keeping the ball means that safe passes are always the ones the players take.

Like Michael Laudrup said possession for the sake of possession. There is no purpose to what we are trying to do with the ball 99% of the time.

We lost 1-0 and if it wasn't for Vigouroux who was my MotM for the Swans for this game it could have been 4 or 5 and LW would have had zero reason to complain.

Just another appalling performance. Something needs to be done about Grimes and the midfield otherwise we will do this week after week.
And that centre forward is just dreadful. No pace, no creativity, no ability to jump, can’t hold the ball up, can’t test the keeper when one on one, lets the ball under his feet when given a glorious opportunity. Up there with last summer’s signings.
